How to Book an Hourly Rental

Follow these simple steps to reserve a cage for your personal training session

Create a Parent Account & Login

Before you can book an hourly rental, you need to have a parent account with NextGen Cages.

  • Navigate to the registration page and create a parent account
  • Provide your contact information and player details
  • Once registered, login with your credentials
  • You'll be redirected to your parent dashboard
Important

Hourly rentals are available to parents and individual players. Coach accounts should use the Team Rental option instead.

Add Your Participants

Add the players who will be using the cage during your session.

  • Go to "Participants" from your parent dashboard
  • Add each player's information (name, age, contact details)
  • You can add multiple participants to choose from when booking
  • Each participant needs to be added before they can attend a session
Main Participant Required

You'll need to select a main participant during booking. Make sure at least one participant is added to your account.

Sign Required Waivers

All users must complete two waivers before booking:

  • Facility Rules Waiver: Acknowledges facility policies and safety rules
  • Hourly Rental Waiver: Specific terms for hourly rental usage
One-Time Requirement

Waivers only need to be signed once. After completion, you can book anytime without signing again.

Select Your Booking Details

Navigate to the Hourly Rental booking page and fill in your session details:

  • Training Sport: Choose Baseball or Softball
  • Session Date: Pick an available date
  • Session Time: Available time slots will appear based on your selected date
  • Cage Selection: Choose from available cages (Cage 1 or Cage 2)
Time Slot Availability

Time slots are shown in 1-hour increments. The system automatically checks cage availability and shows only open slots.

Select Main Participant

Choose the primary player who will be using the cage:

  • Select from your list of added participants
  • This will be the main person registered for the session
  • Optionally, you can add extra participants for an additional fee
Extra Participants Available

If you need to bring additional players, check the "Extra Participant" option for $15.00 more per session.

Choose Payment Method

Select how you'd like to pay for your booking:

  • Pay Per Session: Standard $25.00 per hour
  • Purchase Package: Buy multiple sessions at a discounted rate
  • Use Credits: If you have credits from a previous package purchase, use them here

Base Hourly Rental (1 hour): $25.00
Extra Participant (optional): +$15.00
Tax (11%): Varies
Example Total (1 person): $27.75

Review & Complete Payment

Review your booking details and proceed to checkout:

  • Verify all details are correct (date, time, cage, participant)
  • Review the price summary on the right side of the page
  • Click "Proceed to Checkout" when ready
  • Complete payment through our secure checkout system
Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards and secure online payment methods through our checkout system.

Receive Confirmation & Access Code

After successful payment, you'll receive:

  • Email confirmation with all booking details
  • Access Code: Your unique 6-digit code to enter the facility
  • Receipt for your records
  • Booking summary in your parent dashboard
Save Your Access Code

Your access code is required to enter the cage. Make sure to save it or have the confirmation email accessible on the day of your session.

Day of Your Session

On the day of your booking:

  • Arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled
  • Enter your 6-digit access code at the facility entrance
  • Your assigned cage will be ready and waiting
  • Bring all necessary equipment (bat, balls, helmet, gloves, etc.)
  • Follow all facility rules and safety guidelines
