How to Book a Team Rental

Follow these simple steps to reserve both cages for your team practice

Create a Coach Account & Login

Before you can book a team rental, you need to have a coach account with NextGen Cages.

  • Navigate to the registration page and create a coach account
  • Provide your contact information and team details
  • Once registered, login with your credentials
  • You'll be redirected to your coach dashboard
Important

Team rentals are only available to registered coaches. Parent accounts cannot book team rentals.

Add Your Team Members

Before booking, you must add at least one team member to your roster.

  • Go to "Team Participants" from your coach dashboard
  • Add each player's information (name, contact details, etc.)
  • Your team member limit is displayed in your account
  • You can add, edit, or remove team members at any time
Cannot Proceed Without Team Members

You must have at least one team member added before you can complete a booking.

Sign Required Waivers

All coaches must complete two waivers before booking:

  • Facility Rules Waiver: Acknowledges facility policies and safety rules
  • Team Rental Waiver: Specific terms for team rental usage
One-Time Requirement

Waivers only need to be signed once. After completion, you can book anytime without signing again.

Select Your Booking Details

Navigate to the Team Rental booking page and fill in your session details:

  • Training Sport: Choose Baseball or Softball
  • Session Date: Pick an available date (minimum 24 hours in advance recommended)
  • Session Time: Available time slots will appear based on your selected date
Time Slot Availability

Time slots are shown in 90-minute increments. The system automatically checks availability for both cages.

Choose Optional Add-Ons

Enhance your team practice with these optional services:

  • Pitching Machine: Add for $25.00 (includes FREE extra 30 minutes)
  • With pitching machine, your total session time extends to 2 hours

Base Team Rental (1.5 hours): $100.00
Pitching Machine (optional): +$25.00
Extra 30 Minutes (with pitching machine): FREE
Total with Pitching Machine: $125.00
Bonus Time!

Add the pitching machine and receive an extra 30 minutes FREE, extending your session to a full 2 hours!

Review & Complete Payment

Review your booking details and proceed to checkout:

  • Verify all details are correct (date, time, add-ons)
  • Review the price summary on the right side of the page
  • Click "Proceed to Checkout" when ready
  • Complete payment through our secure checkout system
Payment Methods

Receive Confirmation & Access Code

After successful payment, you'll receive:

  • Email confirmation with all booking details
  • Access Code: Your unique 6-digit code to enter the facility
  • Receipt for your records
  • Booking summary in your coach dashboard
Save Your Access Code

Your access code is required to enter the cages. Make sure to save it or have the confirmation email accessible on the day of your session.

Day of Your Session

On the day of your booking:

  • Arrive 15 minutes early to get settled
  • Enter your 6-digit access code at the facility entrance
  • Both cages will be reserved exclusively for your team
  • Bring all necessary equipment and gear
  • Follow all facility rules and safety guidelines
