Credits are pre-purchased booking units that can be used to schedule cage rentals at NextGen Cages. When you purchase a package, you receive credits that can be applied toward future bookings, offering significant savings compared to pay-per-session rates.

No, credits are non-transferable and tied to the account that purchased them.
Credits are returned to your account if you cancel within the cancellation policy timeframe. See our Refund Policy for details.
Currently, bookings must use either credits OR direct payment, not both in a single transaction.
No, credits never expire. Once purchased, your credits remain in your account until you use them for bookings. There are no time limits or expiration dates.
Visit your credits dashboard and select "Purchase Packages" or click the "Purchase Packages" button on the homepage service cards.
